TCDM has
been operating from Penzance, Cornwall since 1999.
Over that time, we have developed database applications for a number of clients,
ranging from small charities to large multinational organisations.
Our
approach to database design starts with the end product – what does the client want
to get from their database?
Once
that has been identified, the design process can begin, ensuring at all times that the
client’s needs are uppermost in our minds. - How
does the client want to view the data? What
sort of search facilities does the client need? What
data is most important to the client?
In
addition to designing custom built database systems, we also manage data, so your database
can be run remotely and information provided to you on request in the form of reports,
output for mail merge or any other activity.
We also
provide an analysis service. Results from
questionnaires, for example, can be captured analysed and reported in a clear, concise
and, most importantly, meaningful way. Trends
can be spotted and highlighted enabling the client to focus on the important matters, not
get bogged down in the detail.
